Subscriptions to Panini publications and other products offered for sale on this website (hereinafter “Products”), owned by the Panini UK Ltd (hereinafter referred to simply as Panini), and entered into remotely via computer networks are governed solely by these general conditions of contract.
Panini appointed CCA International Ltd (hereinafter “CCA”) to offer and to manage subscriptions for publications published by Panini. CCA and its affiliated companies or subsidiaries ensure the full management of the subscription sale and the delivery of the Products.
These terms and conditions shall exclusively govern sales contracts concluded with consumers - understood as those natural persons acting for purposes which are outside his/her trade, business or profession - and Panini.
This means that Products offered on sale on this website are addressed to customers who purchase for personal use only and not to those who purchase for commercial purposes (e.g. re-sale, even if in forms which are different from the original form, individually sold or combined with other products, used as prize for contests and similar activities, etc.).
Contracts for the sale of the products offered for sale on this website shall be deemed concluded when the payment of the transaction has occurred.
Panini will promptly send the consumer a receipt for the purchases made by the consumer.
The consumer is required, prior to submitting the purchase order, to read these terms and conditions of contract carefully. Purchase order forwarding involves their full knowledge and acceptance.
Consumer undertakes that all the information and data provided on the website are correct and acknowledges that the personal data provided will be used by CCA to deliver the Products purchased on the website. Neither Panini nor CCA can be held accountable for products not received due to some incorrect personal data filled in on the website.
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to purchase Products from our websites.
Payment for purchases can be done solely by debit/credit card, Direct Debit and PayPal and can only be made by the owner/holder of the credit/debit card, bank account or PayPal account.
The payment procedure involves the insertion of the debit/credit card's information through a secure connection at the payment gateway, which guarantees a high degree of safety: Panini, in fact, will not come to know the consumers credit card number, that will pass directly from the browser to the payment gateway managed by the circuit's, without being stored by Panini or others. Therefore, Panini cannot in any way be held responsible for fraud or illegal credit card use on their own sites.

Unless otherwise requested the subscription will start with the first available issue. This will be delivered within 6 weeks of the order being placed for UK delivery and around 8 weeks for Overseas delivery. We will endeavour to meet any date agreed for delivery. If for any reason this delivery cannot be met, Panini UK Ltd will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses. Delivery of the magazine will be made to the address specified in the order and you will need to make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
If the subscription that you purchased includes a free gift, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Gifts are sent out separately to your subscription copy of the magazine. We reserve the right to substitute the gift advertised for one of equal or greater value if circumstances require. In some cases, if a subscription offer includes a gift with a limited number available, no further gifts will be offered to those subscriptions received after the limit has been exceeded. Please note that we reserve the right to withdraw a promotion at any time.
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal foreseen by the Distance Selling Regulations. In particular, the consumer is entitled to withdraw from any contract with Panini without any penalty and without specifying the reason within the term of 14 working days from the receipt of the Products.
The right of withdrawal is performed by forwarding a letter to Panini's address indicated below using priority mail.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the notification must be sent to the following address, to the attention of:

If the good has already been delivered, the consumer performing his right of withdrawal is required to return it to Panini within 14 working days from the date he communicated to Panini his decision to withdraw from the contract.
The Products must be returned to Panini complete with all accessories and everything that was originally delivered to the consumer, as well as packed in its original wrapping. The product should be returned together with a copy of the order's electronic receipt.
The costs of returning the Products to Panini are borne by the consumer.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the consumer pursuant to the provisions of this clause, Panini is obliged to reimburse the amounts paid by the consumer within 14 days from the date Panini receives the communication sent by the consumer about his decision to withdraw from the contract.
Panini has the right to reject any products returned using any other methods other than those specified above, as well as Products for which the consumer has not fully paid the cost of return, or has not complied with the manner and the time detailed as per notification to exercise the right of withdrawal.
This contract is governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Customers may cancel their subscription order within 14 days of their order purchase. Please note that refunds are offered at the discretion of the publisher.

By way of example, if an item is due at issue 15 you will only receive that item if your subscription remains in force at the time item 15 is dispatched.
If we or you cancel the subscription in accordance with these terms and conditions, you will not receive items offered as part of a subscription offer that fall due after such cancellation. If you receive any items after you cancel your subscription you should notify us and we will arrange for collection or reimbursement of your costs in returning them to us.

We will make every effort to supply such covermounts and subscription gifts as are listed on our site but reserve the right to provide alternative covermounts and subscription gifts of similar value or to provide such covermounts and subscription gifts in a different order to that listed on our site.
The price of any subscription (plus delivery costs) will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error when we will notify you and either give you the option of purchasing at the correct price or cancelling your subscription. You acknowledge the cost of issues that are the subject of the subscription may increase from time to time and you authorise us to seek payment for the relevant cost applicable from time to time.
